Description
DFKI (Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz) is the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, one of the world's largest and most renowned non-profit AI research institutions. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Kaiserslautern, it has additional sites in Saarbrücken, Bremen, Berlin, and several other cities. DFKI bridges academic research and industry, conducting applied R&D in areas like machine learning, robotics, human-computer interaction, language technology, and smart manufacturing. It collaborates closely with both universities and major industry partners, and its spin-offs have produced numerous successful tech companies.

University College Dublin (UCD) is a leading European research university and the ethics lead in the XR-IRIS project. UCD brings internationally recognised expertise in human-computer interaction, extended reality (XR), digital ethics, and responsible innovation. Within XR-IRIS, Prof. Mangina leads the ethical, legal, and societal framework, ensuring that the project’s technologies are developed in accordance with European values, including privacy, transparency, inclusiveness, accessibility, and user well-being. UCD supports the integration of ethical and human-centred design principles across all project activities, helping to ensure that XR-IRIS delivers trustworthy, responsible, and widely accepted XR solutions.

ITI is an IT Technology Centre based in Valencia (Spain), with the ambition of bridging the gap between research and industry.
Since 1994, it has developed R&D applied to the needs and problems of companies, looking for technological solutions that respond to social and economic challenges, improve industrial competitiveness, promoting a more intelligent and sustainable society. The result are products and advanced and innovative technology services.
ITI Research and Innovation activity is developed by a team of more than 300 technologists (researchers and technicians), and is focused on the main digital enablers of the DATA CYCLE.

Reiser´s passion for authentic simulation and training solutions is driven by our mission to protect people, the environment and resources in the field of aviation and beyond.
We aim to achieve this through a combination of highly optimized simulation products and systems, as well as hands on flying and maintenance training for modern rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Our high tech simulation systems and sophisticated training products are designed to replicate real-world scenarios for both military and civil pilots and technicians with unprecedented realism and accuracy, sharpening their skills so they are able to manage a range of experiences in the field.
